We settled on 200 a week and see what happens. He wanted to go every other week but I didn't want peaks and troughs....although I seriously barely know what I am talking about.

I started 4iu GH in mid Feb and I have regained about half the delt mass I lost over the last few years being unable to do any type of free weight shoulder press, or even heavy plate-loading.
