    Blessing said he was eating 16000 calories. Mohammed was not in same world. Justin was decent and Nick was pretty sharp.

    I put it down to competitors seeking out nice lighting and nice contrast filter during prep, which can't be replicated on stage.

    That and they always on about 'BEING FULL'.

      guy that won had ok condition, second place was crap but you could tell he dieted the rest were just shit, I was thinking the light was off or something but when I got to blessing I just laughed

        The 212 guys were in great shape - the Open had a few diced guys but condition was all over the place

                In one show I competed in I came off stage after prejudging and a pretty well known bodybuilder from the area suggested I take in a ton of carbs & pump up more my upper chest & calves for the night show.

                I said “maybe I just don’t have enough muscle in that area mate?”

                Can’t fill muscle out that just ain’t there.

                    THIS all day - so many guys think 'filling out' is suddenly going to make it look like they have 50% more mass. They all think that same volume they had in the off-season that was in large part fat and water was pure lean mass.

                          Sad that Morgan's structure sucks for someone that size. If his shoulders and clavicles were wider he would be a threat in any contest.
