Mike, we all went to a Texan steakhouse on the waterfront in Stockholm after the show, I was sat opposite Keone and he showed me an INSANE rear double bicep of him in the guest spot right next to Martin. I told him he looked Ronnie Coleman-esque!!!! I hope he posts it on his IG.

Branch ordered the 1000gm steak (yes, a kilo, was about $120) AND a burger AND sides. And did the LOT!

What are you talking about? He was in very decent shape to guest pose.

I was there. Striations in his quads and fully into his off season as well as travelling abroad, touring, eating what he can when he can.

I’d say he looked pretty amazing all things considering.

His abdomen had some fat and water, but he was still in much better shape than Rhoden and others.

I don't really care much about his BF, we just want to see massive guys putting on a show, his routine was decen.
