Good structure for figure and looks in decent shape.
A couple serious questions:

1. How much leaner and muscular looking will she need to be to win?

2. I know Tattoos are no big deal now, in most cases. However, she has one arm covered and a few others scattered around.
Are her's pushing the limit or is it a non-issue now with judges.

FYI, glad to see you're active prepping contestants.

Tattoo's have been acceptable for years, only get judged down if its a full cover and you cant see definition, she needs to be a lot harder, she is size wise a great regional athlete, she could win nationals but they she would enter as a small pro, better to add size at a local level first
