    I must agree with Giles
A forum without humor is like a gym without the iron.

He made 6th in 1990 mate! At 12 and a half stone. Condition was amazing too.

This was an amazing look! He could have been as high as 4th. This is how a classic physique should look

Benfatto was amazing. Shows what impact shape and proportion can have on the illusion of size. The guy looked great even as he got up in years also. Think he ended up tearing a pec though

Saw Benfatto guest pose at the 2012 Masters Olympia in Miami! Incredible.

Difficult to avoid all injuries but pec tears should be very avoidable. I haven't heard of anyone ever tearing a pec on inclines or with dumbbells. It always seems to be flat barbell bench with heavy weight and maybe not sufficient warmup and stretching. I'm sure I am over generalizing but once you get a torn pec it never looks the same. Probably best repair on a pro I can recall was Kevin's and even that was noticeable in poses
it is definitely noticeable in Hunter from today's pros.

I think Thierry Pastell was probably one of the best examples of why the 202-then-212 was created!
