Chad has never been very active, but after the failure of Bonac and Ramy he should have stood up and admitted his mistakes.

That is a big negatory on continuing with Chad. Everything about how Chad has acted with Ramy has indicated he simply intended to ride the prize thoroughbreds to more victories but when he came up lame, he abandoned him from a support perspective

Would Hany do better job? I think conditioning wise yes , but with those defects such as quads and lower back
