I guess the long term goal now is for Shaun to break Flex’s record and along the way scoop up a dozen or so open wins!

Shaun just told me he was 181lbs onstage last weekend. 4lbs up from the Olympia.

Him & Nick for me were (as many predicted) the best conditioned in the lineup.
