    For Ramy and Bonac?

Seems like these 2 are on a downward trend.

Ramy's lats are still done and his delts and quards were full blown again (not in a good way)

Collect a paycheck in smaller shows or step out. Olympia and Arnold victories are not in the cards for them

Ramy really should step out. Their are six guys clearly ahead of him right now. Lunsford Andrew and Samson have him in shape and structure which is something that can't change. Ramy will be lucky to get seventh at the Olympia that's without Hunter getting his annual gift.

Bonac should cash a couple of more checks

Certainly Ramy's back was slightly better than it was at the Olympia, but he's already doomed.

        Bonac is shrinking.

Boanc is not competing until next years Arnold so that break may do him well

I have been a fan of Ramy, but always felt like he was a science experiment from the jump (put on most of his size with drugs and SEO, rather than with years of grinding in the gym) -- felt that way even at his pro debut. And I can't imagine that the shelf-life for a competitor like that is going to be as long as the shelf-life for someone who got there with far less drugs (earlier Kai, Coleman, etc.). So I have the feeling he isn't going to improve from here.

Bonac -- I don't know, I feel like his strengths were never all that strong, even though he has looked great at times -- seemed like the odd man out, given his structure and height. I don't see him doing much damage going forward.

Smart decision, but perhaps that stoppage will become a definitive retirement, as has happened with Roelly.

You have some guys now that are short with good shape (Hadi and Derek) and freaks with good shape (Samson, Andrew, Quniton) so Bonac may be the odd man out. He would have to be crazy shredded and hope some other guys are not on. But he isnt putting on 10lls to that frame.

Again, this is why its so hard to get super hyped for social media. Only a SMALL few look like they do leading up to the show.

I would not count either of them out yet remenber dexter went thru a rough stretch and he switched it around both these guys are capable of major damage when there on.

The truth is that Bonac achieved the maximum possible taking acount the structure that he was endowed with, while Ramy, based on his impact in his pro debut, his career has not been as stellar as we all expected. And he's work with almost all top gurus, and none of them have done an amazing job with him, maybe he should have gone with Hany sometime.

I'm with David. Ramy has been an experiment in modern chemistry and seo. His physique has just given out. Along with his decline he is facing more aesthetic competition Derek , Samson , Andrew even Hadi is prettier. There isn't much he can do at this point. Ramy won the O's almost by default he was a transition champ between eras so to speak. The new crop is here and it's their time.

Bonac if he dumps Chad and say gets up with Hany along with the time off he may win a few more shows

We are seeing geneticly superior guys like Derek,Andrew,Samson, Quinton moving up and less blessed guys will struggle at the Olympia

Kinda hoping Bonac jumps into the Masters Olympia in august for a nice win for him now it’s been lowered to 40 and over.
