All classes are not equally profitable, and those without enough competitors or fans simply cannot go on.

They are trying to get the Olympia Masters to have more athletes by lowering the age, that can also help to get more fans interested. In any case, there is a lot of promotion and having moved the event to a distant date from Arnold, NYP and Olympia, may be helpful.
