Invasion of the SHAPE MONSTERS !

Hey Bros, We are witnessing a return of shape and size to mens open! With guys like Derek Lunsford,Samson, Jacked we will see an increase in quality physiques. I always say Genetics have the final say. Derek will win the Olympia, he almost won last year and this time it will be a slam dunk. His main competition will come from Samsons and Jacked due to shape and stature. Hadi is great but where can he go from here? At the Arnold,in row 10, It's very obvious Samson and Jacked are far superior to Ramy and Nick. The judges did a great job. Let me know yiur thoughts

PS Quinton Beastwood is another shape monster on the rise!

Pretty, aesthetic boys rarely win the Olympia, but quite often they win the AC (almost always because the current Olympia doesn't compete in this show).

What I mean is that the freak mass is hard to beat.

Hadi is like Clarida, he can't overload more muscle, but can come a lot more conditioned and try not to lose fullness. I want to see more separation and detail on the back.

Mate, the Ramy & Nick fans are NOT taking all this well AT all!

They are totally unaccepting of how well Andrew & Samson did at the Arnold.

Ive literally spent several hours over the weekend having the exact SAME arguments with both sets of fans on the YouTube comments.

Thing is though, Samson & Andrew ain’t exactly small are they? So what do you think IS going to happen when you guys like them with size AND shape against far less shapely mass monsters like Nick & Ramy? Of COURSE it’s highly likely they’ll get beat…and they DID!

Still, I’ll keep fighting the fight and investing time into trying to educate these fans.

If we look at the insane growth of the classic pro class, why is that? It’s because we don’t ALL want to see ‘mass for mass’ sake, we want to see aesthetics, we want to see a x-frame, wide shoulders & small waist, awesome tapers, amazing condition, great presentation & well prepared posing routines…and that’s what Classic brings!

Add into that all the deaths in the open class and there you have it!

Fans judge with their hearts, no head. Its hard to be objective when you have a favorite competing!

No matter how you break it down, they wont see it. Sometimes you are beat by someone better than you, PERIOD!

Guys like Flex, Ray, Dexter, Rhoden, Cedric ... are not those who accumulate many Olympias.

Most of the time it is not about choose between a massive monster and a aesthetic but soft type, but someone intermediate.
