Hahahaha. You're right the Northern Kentucky. Was always a quality show and was supposed to attract a lot of attention for those hoping to make their mark at the nationanational
The show I always wanted to do but never ended up doing was the Natural Northern Ohio. If I'm not mistaken Dave Lieberman promoted it and I knew a few guys that won their class or even the overall there.

Oh well. No such thing as a time machine

Any Supps I’m not using currently that anyone would absolutely recommend please chaps?

Got to say though, SO glad I started using creatine again, I’d forgotten how great it was.

And also harder than you’d perhaps think to get ahold of BASIC stuff. So- just good ol’ creatine monohydrate, not bullshit micronised (you lose a cloud of it every time you open the packaging) or with ANYTHING added, no flavourings or added carbs or sugars. Or in silly capsules or tablets.

Just the BASIC stuff! That’s all you need with creatine, I believe.

I always buyed creapure, now it's hard to find and the price has skyrocketed. So, I'm on the simple monohydrate, the powder is a little thicker and harder to handle but the results are the same.

                  Dymatize ISO 100 protein powder
I make my own pre/intra workout with EAA’s, L-citrulline, L-arginine, glutamine and Creatine.
                  200mg Cypionate per week
                  100mg Propionate per week.
Cyp and Prop are broken up into twice a week.

Like BMC said, I too am no longer eating 6 meals a day. I’m about 4 as well and waist has come down a lot.
I stop me....no one else does.

Ever since my severe heart failure and kidney failure my stack has been 100% health focused. I do HRT thru my GP we just keep my TSH at 2-2.5 (I was hypothyroid at 28.8 ) and keep total test between 750-850. Aside from that for western Meds I’m on 100mg losartan and 50mg metoprolol

                        Supplements currently:
                        6000mg astragalus root
                        1 carditone pill a day
                        4000iu nattokinase
                        300mg ubiquinol
                        250mg (I think?) Fish oils

i was also using curcumin, Pycnogenol, etc. but slowly weened down my stack. My body seems happy with this stack and with my current diet/routine I have super healthy blood work. Bonus points is I’ve managed to be 5’10.5 235lbs ~9% BF. Bigger than I ever was when I was less healthy and pushing supps. The irony.

Dennis James told me about ten years ago that high dose, non-flush niacin was excellent for bringing down cholesterol levels!

That and acetyl-L-carnitine. Used together. Said it worked as well as statins.

I use the better form (ubiquinol). Primarily for heart health purposes. Lots of great studies on it.
