He used to come shoot photos for all of the local Baltimore NPC shows, and I have actually hung out with him and had lunch -- my experience, he's actually been a really nice guy anytime I've seen him or spent time with him. Of course, you can be a "nice guy" and still do shady stuff. And yes, appearance tends to be shocking, like a homeless dude.
