None of us took the contest seriously. If I decided to get on stage once old and a shell of my former self, I would fully expect people to make jokes and be "disrespectful" -- I guess, because I'm not delusional? When my daughter calls me "old" because I have gray hairs in my beard now, I don't get angry, nor think she's a "jerk".

It was a stupid idea from the beginning. We all talked about how it was a stupid idea. They held it in a stupid location, and gave out stupid prize money. I guess "good for Hide and the gang" that they still have the drive -- maybe?

Bro Chat is Bro Chat. They spend most of their time talking about farts and sucking dick, Beti. If anybody is watching that podcast because they want "accurate recounting of contests", they're kinda' missing the entire point.

It's for some reason that I haven't never listened this show, I appreciate my free time.

I am the first one disappointed with the contest and the results, but it is still a pro show with all the divisions, something that not many shows can boast. There aren't many shows in Europe either.

But why mention it if the function of that program is to talk about dicks? Keep talking about shit and when you have a pro show where some Hostile athlete competes and does well, talk about it.

Or if you're going to talk about the Master Olympia, criticize it openly, Give it the time it takes, it's about simple intellectual integrity, but don't make fun of athletes, and on top of that, say, "Hide looked great and deserved to win".

I agree that their method of glossing over the athletes and giving props to Hide was a little silly and jaded. As for “why mention it in the first place”, that’s what the podcast is all about: loose discussion of bodybuilding, loose coverage of shows, and then just random talk about guy-stuff. Their coverage of Master’s O was looser than their coverage of most pro shows, they usually give a little more serious breakdown. But it’s kind of proportionate to the show at hand: something small and forgettable like Vancouver, they don’t spend much time and go into much analysis. Something like Texas, far more time spent and more serious analysis. Something like Master’s O, not taken very seriously and given much time or reflection.
