Feeling guilty as a bodybuilding fan

That's the only way to be a fan now .

To be clear, I'm not being some old fart promoting nostalgic tales of how great the bodybuilders were back in my day .

When I attend a bodybuilding contest , I expect to see mostly bodybuilders compete . I simply want to watch the sport I paid to see ...like any other pro sport .

I wouldn't travel and buy a ticket to see an MLB game that had the first 3 innings wiffle ball , the next 3 softball with major league baseball in the final 3 innings.

NOPE!
I'd attend / buy tickets for other pro sports ...and that's what I'm doing with this situation

It's fun to walk around the expo at a pro contest and meet/greet other meatheads. Plus seeing pro bodybuilders compete live on stage is awesome.

Obviously, I'd still enjoy THAT .
I hate to sound like a dickhead , but, the travel expense and being away for a full weekend aren't worth what I'd get from attending.

For me , it's really that simple.

I totally understand why you still enjoy attending a big pro event with expo .

At least you get to see the best bodybuilders live and plod around the expo .

In terms of pure bodybuilding interaction your strategy beats my non attendance. I don't spend the travel money or deal with the hassle of getting there ..
.BUT as. BB fan , I got nothing LOL
