I'm no expert on this , but I've seen every Mr Olympia ( except Big Ramy and Hadi ) guest pose / expo appearance.

In my OPINION, Jay Cutler was the best ambassador for the sport of ANY Mr Olympia. Jay is by far , the best when personally interacting with fans .


It's tough to objectively rate Arnold in this role due to his fame and celebrity . Obviously, Arnold is in a class by himself in terms of promoting bodybuilding to the public .

Lee Haney was highly visible, liked and respected during his 8 yr reign as Mr Olympia. My few brief interactions with him over the decades were always memorable . Lee carries himself with a dignity and presence that's rarely seen in bodybuilding or by most elite pro athletes.

Big Ronnie was/ is a larger than life persona and may be the most beloved Mr Olympia in history. In my opinion, big Ronnie attracted more people into hardcore bodybuilding than any other champ .

Of course , we all know plenty of bodybuilding ass clowns , but I'll leave them for a different thread lol .

If I could meet any mr. O it would be Ronnie Coleman or Arnold! Arnold is a big time celebrity and Ronnie seems like a funny guy.
