I’m absolutely gutted, Milos messaged me last night and I’ll be honest, I freaked out a little, just felt like throwing up all night, went straight to the store and got a bottle of Malbec.
Neil came into the studio when I started back with Global last September after my heart attack and surgery, I was uncharacteristically nervous and wondering if I could even conduct an interview and do a global.
As soon as the camera started recording Neil put me immediately at ease and we did a fantastic episode, in between segments sat out in the garden eating some yummy grilled chicken that Lauren made fresh for us, he commented that it was “succulent” and the way he said it I just burst out laughing!
I really liked Neil, he was one of my absolute fave guys from the UK scene.
I think we’ve had our battles with mental health and/or depression, fuck I know I have, so to hear he left us due to suicide, I’ll be honest, I’m struggling with this one.
Didn’t see it coming, at all.MD Global Muscle Radio ep.40-https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-MIKWx8sAcw&t=5319s

He said something on Fouad's show that lingered with me at the time. He said he had never really had a best friend.
RIP
I don't know if he was getting help but it is so important people reach out to family, friends, doctors, services if they are having these thoughts.

"What's the first thing you think of when you wake up?"
He replied
"You don't really want to hear it - it's morbid"

bodybuilding has always been one of the main things to lift me up . the idea that i can keep improving if i want to . nothing realy gets me more excited except maybe a busty red head .
so i guess what im trying to say is , we all need "something" for me it's bodybuilding as dumb as that may sound to someone .
if im feeling down , i first ask myself what am i so upset about ? usualy its nothing too severe . so instead on dwelling , which is poison for the mind . i shift my focus onto the positives in my life. i think about something im looking forward to , like simply the patriots game tomorrow , or the upcoming olympia , my goals , getting back on stage etc.
i understand it's not this easy for some people.

i agree, it's a tough subject .
This mental health "crisis" is the worst thing that could happen to a lover of personal freedom. History has shown that these psychiatric experts have caused terrible harm to millions of human beings.
Many people do not even talk about these matters with their friends because they are afraid that they will be "treated" against their will. Its a medical principle that one must accept and do agree with medical treatment, but when it comes to mental health, the laws allow you to be forced to receive treatment.
Once again, authoritarianism is the problem, giving power to mental health experts only increases this medical dictatorship.http://betionastore.es/
