          No reproaches, I just hope he is not a judge because he prioritizes the condition too much, lol, and becomes a commentator, it was great to see him with AJ.

          In a more personal context, both he and Bumstead are good guys to have as idols in this world full of shit influencers.

            Good interview.

            Nice to see Iain has already set other goals. Dorian said he was lost for a few years after retiring. Iain didn't quite say he didn't want to go down the bad path Dorian did but he might as well have.

              The first time I did a deep-cut diet, when I finished, I had a feeling of emptiness for a week because there was no a reason. I think it's good to get into that state instead of wanting to fill that gap with another activity.

                After a show you're like.... Well, what's next? You are in a zone for 16-20 weeks and boom, show is over. You no longer have to do 2 hours of cardio, low carbs and can actually sleep. LOL
