    212 and open in the same show / weekend?

    According to the score cards, Tomas Tabaciar competed in both divisions this weekend. I honestly didn't see him at the open, but it could have been a moment when I wasn't paying attention.

    So how is this possible?

    He was open in the Italy ,could not make the weight.So when he sent entry info to Emilio this past weekend for Spain show he was not sure if he will be able to drop to 212 from 220-ish so he gave them heads up .
    Also he is tall for 212 at his heigh 5’9”

      But in Italy there were no 212, that's why I thought I had chosen to compete in open for fun and learning.

      So he wasn't sure if he could do the 212 and he signed up for the open in Spain, but finally he competed in the 212. But he appears on both lists.

      Mystery solved, he was not in the third call at the open

        Yeah Beti he struggles with the weight so Italy was just the warm up to see where he stands with the open guys and then went back to 212 in Spain .He has similar issues that Milan Sadek used to have Too tall for 212 and kind of small for open .

          It's a shame for these guys like Milan and Tomas, they really look great and have no flaws, but I think they should try to compete in the open and grow for a while. If Roman is winning shows and ranking in the top 5, I don't see why these guys couldn't.
