    Another little tidbit that's news to me. Always knew to drink a lot of water, but who knew the timing effected things.









    Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on theHuman body:




    2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs


    1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

    1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

    1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

                  I said one glass of water before you do anything.. I did not say force yourself to drink water nonstop. Unless you count taking a breath an activity.

                      drinking water after waking up is a good habit. I'll keep those info in mind specially drinking a glass of water before going to bed

                        Definitely good info, I am never that specific about drinking water. It is just enough effort to shoot for a gallon a day much less the timing.
                        Try not to let hurdles hold you down because they will always be there.

                            thats actually wrong.. ... keeping water intake consistent is the ultimate key hear.. especially if your lifting .. apon rising is good point.. and adequate amounts prior to training as well.. AS AN EXAMPLE: If you train mid day (lets say noon) and you drink a gallon and a half daily .. you should have minimum of 3/4 of a gallon down prior to workout. ..
