    I don't want to go through your diet with a fine tooth comb, but I will post some basics that I always follow with my own diet...and I find that works.

    1. Get my carbs from complex carbs, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, sweet potato, brown etc. No white flower for me.
    2. Lean protein sources, fish, lean beef, chicken, whey protein, egg whites
    3. Healthy fats, olive oil, egg yolks, peanut butter, etc.
    4. I eat a lot of green veggies.

    1 thing I will say is, just try out the diet that you think it best, wait 2 weeks, see if you drop fat and then make small minor adjustments every 1 to 2 weeks. The key is to get started and then make adjustments as you go. Good luck! I am sure some other guys will chime in too, so lets see what they say

      to me it seems your real goal is visible abs and the BF% at which they will show will vary with the size of them
      if you don't naturally have them and haven't worked them, they aren't going to show at 10% bodyfat
