there is no reason to gain fat, you will look worse and won't put on more muscle by being fat

I use the kind that comes in the spray can (Pam makes an olive oil spray) and lightly spritz stuff to keep it from sticking to the pan/grill that I'm cooking my fish onGet shredded! check out the transformations at

Ok - you guys seem to be the experts on the net - so I'm really looking for your guidance on this - as I'm completely clueless.
I started this journey 8 years ago at 317 VERY FATTY pounds (if you are interested in a former fat guy story - this is me on the Ironman site) - and entered the BFL challenge 11 weeks ago at 182 and 22% - and I'm in my 12th week at 161 and about 8% - trying to get to 6 by the end of the week. So far, here is where I am.
Sunday - 2.5 gallons of water - 75 grams of carbs for the day and lots of protein (through 6 meals). Workout (don't freak out here because I'm also training for an Ironman - I ran for 1 hour 40 minutes)
Monday - 2.5 gallons of water:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1/2 cup egg whites
Meal 2: Muscle Milk Light
Meal 3: Optimum Nutrition 100% gold whey - 2 scoops (48 grams of protein) and 1/4 cup of oatmeal
Meal 4: Flank Steak - broccoli - mushrooms (trying to use fibrous carbs late in the day)
Meal 5: ON - 1 scoop
Workout: Chest and Triceps
No meal 6.
Tuesday - workout will be 1 hour of hard cycling in the morning and 1 hour of running at night. Diet is similiar
Wednesday - workout - back, biceps, and shoulders -
Diet - CLUELESS
Thursday - supposed to be 4 hour bike ride - but I told my coach I am backing off any heavy cardio for the last few days - if you guys think I should back off Wednesday as well - I'll do so.
Friday - 1 hour bike ride,
Main Goals: Get as lean and tight as possible. I'm not very muscular - I just started lifting weights 11 weeks ago - so anything I have developed, I'm trying to highlight by getting as lean as possible (you all know this). I still have a little bit of the love handles - and they are killing me... but I would happy to take any suggestions on this.
My pictures are scheduled for 9am on Saturday morning - shaving my body this week - and getting tan will happen towards the end of the week. Please chime in on meals for the next 3 days - and anything else you think I should be doing. I really appreciate your guidance and help going forward.

I guess I should state that the reason I'm asking is because my wife loves to cook and we've had some crappy cookware that was a wedding gift 6 years ago that has just lost it's non-stick since I started cooking all my food for this fabulous lifestyle
So, we upgraded to stainless-steel All-Clad brand cookware and we were told under no circumstances to put Pam on that cookware because it would ruin it but spray olive oil or other "natural" fats would be fine.
So, I went and bought spray olive oil from Pam (seems all the oil makers have a version of spray olive oil, I just picked one who's label didn't list any synthetic products like silicone in them)
I just give a quick spritz on my fish and pan, season and cook.
All I have to say is that I'm really hating the fact that we got the solid surface electric range when we got our new oven/range. I miss gas burners. But that is another topic for another thread...haha....

hello everyone, im quite new to this body building world and i recently started the gym and bought the universal nutrition storm & shock therapy stack, ive been on it for like 6 days using it combined pre-workout but i havent noticed any improvement actually, im not able to lift more weight then before using it, maybe a lil bit more energized thats all, is there another way of using the supplements that works 4 real? and specific time of the day when the body absorbs it 4 real?
im just curious to know if im doing something wrong or what.
