Hey, if everything in a perfect world went by your numbers than we would all not be on forums cause we would know this shit and all be ripped and big naturally!!!!!!!!! What kills me is when people come on a great board like this.....ask a question, then when they don't get the answer they really wanted, they get pissed and then TELL everyone the answer to the question they asked!!!!

                    • Listen, I have read a few things from Chuck Rudolph, including the CUT DIET....and he is smart....but it doesn't mean his way is the only way! There are plenty that do well with 20% and even 10% of their calories from fat......the point is you come on here thinking you know more than others and you provided your own bullshit answer for your own dumb question!                           Thanks.. its ok, but we should move on. I gave my opinion and that is all i can do.

                          I have used flax for contests and for off season "putting on weight" and it really didnt do an noticeable help for me. It is not a must for contest prep for sure. As I have gotten in great shape the last couple years without it.

                          Just like other supplements, some people get good results while others dont.

                              • Focus on compound basic free weight exercises! That is the key to everything! After a while you can actually alternate a pressing exercise and a lateral exercise as your first movement......this is coming from someone who has really had to bring up their shoulders......always work your weaknesses first so if it is one, then you may want to put it after a rest day so it is hit fresh when it's strongest!
                                Also, I want to say congrats to Alex as Lonnie Teper just mentioned him in his News and Views column and how great he is as a nutritionist! Way to go Alex!
