It all depends bro, cardio is based on how much you need to do to get your bodyfat low, everyone is different. As for water intake, there is no generic amount.

aliceinchains: if your stomach is protruding like that, you might be overeating.

Keep the cardio in 5 days per week but I would not go any higher than 30minutes per day if your trying to gain size, I would tighten up the diet before i do more cardio than 30 min a day.. If you feel that is not working try doing the cardio 6 days per week.
yeah i thought so. Thanks! One more man! i train arms on the same day, tris and bi's i was, i start out with tri first and then bi's, do you think i sould change this? and start with bi's first?

Maybe when you get a chance you could have a look and provide your xpert input...

                      Thx!

I really dont think it matters, but what you can do is alternate, one week start with bi's then tris, then switch it on the next week.

There is not generic way to do it. Its based on how you look. If you are really depleted, then you dont need to deplete more and can just load.

If your bodyfat is high, not super lean, not that depleted, loading is going to make things worse. Every person and situation is different. You cant just follow someone elses method. Personally, im usually very depleted so i dont need to drop my carbs down and deplete myself more. I just start a little loading wed, thursday and friday..

                            • Need some verification on lifting and related after workout soreness.

                              I currently do weights 4 times a week - Mon/Tues - Thursday/Fri

The same body part is worked out twice a week.

For the first few weeks I was feeling that good soreness...now even though I really push myself to the max during my workouts, I'm not really feelings sore...

Does this mean I need to change up type of exercises for each body part...

IE for biceps instead of doing barbell curls 2 times a week, switch up to barbell curls one day, decline dumbell curls another day?

From what I have read on this board, the more types of variety in terms of exercises you throw at each body part is the best method.

                              Thanks!

Hey blitz...i'm not an expert or anything but what you suggested is what i do. I change up all the time in the gym. I'm still working the same muscle part but I usually throw in a different exercise or two, or at least do them in a different order. I lift until i can't lift much more either...till i'm spent. I usually always have that "good sore" feeling in my arms the next day.
