                      Do you do deadlifts? That will make them grow. You won't even need shrugs.

                        i do dead lifts i do both stiff leg and bent ones i do them like 8 sets mostly for my back and legs i dont how they work on my traps man????

                          Well try this when you do Dumbbell shrugs. Hold the weights in front of you and tilt slightly forward. Not 45 degree, but just so when you pull straight up with the shrug you are squeezing just behind your neck. I feel when you stand straight up you don't get enough range of motion and you don't recuit the lower portion of your traps. This year I took out deadlifts and have been doing shrugs as I outlined above cause I've had some lower back problems and this is how my lat spread looks.

                              i use to do this but it increased my back problem man but anyways i will do it with lighter weights thanks for ur Help I really thank u man! tc keep pumpin it
