I have been working out on a regular basis for about two years now. I have seen some gains in the area of strenght and endurance but i feel like i am going to the gym and could be doing a lot better with some kind of plan.
I would like to start loosing body fat. I would like help getting a good 5-6 day a week work out plan, as well as tips on what types of food to be buying.
Does anyone have a work out or diet plan?
