    A buddy of mine suggested that I should leave the weights alone and only do calisthenics (push ups, dips, pullups...) for a while and when i am 100% comfortable with what i can do with my body weight and can really destroy the calisthenics then i can pick the weights back up...

    basically, how important is calisthenics in your workouts??

    try crossfit bro, it includes weights and calisthenics, you wont ever go back!

        A freind of mine in the gym does that shit nothing but that... Its good of you want to be supper ripped but it wont gain you much size at all. But if your wanting to get cut b4 you gain alot of muscle its deff the way to go
