I'm in the last 4 weeks of my weight gain cycle and have made some significant gains. I'm around 11% bf and up to 156 lbs from 132 after 24 weeks (about 1.6 lbs per week). I was averaging about 2 lbs per week the first 10 weeks but things slowed down and I've only gained 2 lbs the past 2 weeks.
I'm taking in about 250 grams of carbs, 156 g protein, and about 3500 calories per day, eating every 2-2.5 hours and 1 protein shake in the middle of the night. I'm hitting the gym with a trainer who's been great and is pretty knowledgable and competes.
Just wondering if there is something I can do to kickstart the growth again and get the gains back up for the remaining weeks. Trying to hit 165 before we start cutting down for a show.
