Hi Everyone.
Just as a friendly reminder between December 7th thru December 8th, the forum will be undergoing an upgrade and service may be disrupted for a period of time. This maintenance will be done at a time that will impact traffic the least, but offer huge benefits. Especially with the Olympia right around the corner.

  • need help with routine

    i've worked out on and off for years never really got all that serious. started back up about a month ago. i still consider my self a newb. i got my diet and supps taken care of. i'm 5'10 240lbs and trying to lean out so i'm doing 30-1hr 3-5 days a week of cardio and lifting weights on those same days. i've been trying to do as much research as possible but having a bit of trouble finding a workout that i like. i have a few limitations. i have a tempermental lower back. squats, deadlifts, leg lifts really don't feel good at all. the motions alone start to irrate it. but besides those exercises nothing else really bothers it. looking for a 4 or 5 day split. with exercise suggestions. my longterm goal is to really strengthen my core up to elminate my low back pains. thanks for any help
