    yeah im looking to do the colorado state next july so its a while away... still need at least 1 maybe 2 bulking cycles before i start dieting

      If you're anything like me, your muscles may feel severely irritated. I usually hit my muscles to relieve the irritation, it's pretty bad.

      But yeah, low reps, high weight. That's how I feel my burn.

      During heavy cardio, throw up. That's how you know.
      Why are you wearing that stupid bunny suit?

        lol i usually dont make it to cardio before im tossin cookies but i agree... i respond well to lower reps going balls out heavy until i start to lose form

          That's a good point, lifting should make you sick or throw up in your mouth a little. I train cardio different times than training weight, though, so "making it to cardio" isn't even an option.
