    well if i had three days to live like a bodybuilding i would do
    day 1 am- chest pm- bi
    day 2 am- quads pm- hams+Calves
    day 3 am- back pm- shoulder/tris/traps

    but if you only wanted to go once a day it would definetly be

    day1- chest/shoulder/tri
    day 2- legs
    day3- back/bi's/forearms

      THey obviously do... but not everyone is the same. THe average person needs 48-72 hours recovery between the same muscle groups. Don't believe me, look it up. My training split is:
      chest/tri's
      back/bi's
      off
      legs
      shoulders/traps
      bi's/tri's
      off
      *abs/calves eod
      Works great for me.
