    Everyone has a different approach it seems to training and what movements they prefer. With Dorian it's the decline bench. Lee said that he never used it and stuck with flats and inclines. He also mentioned in every other chest workout to do dips which hits the lower pecs. Dorian has never mentioned anything about dips.

    No two people are always going to have the same mindset when it comes to training. I think the safest bet is to incorporate what works for you best.

    For example, alot of times when i do barbell incline press i feel it in my shoulders. So i opt more for db incline. Lee even said since he retired in 1981 he has done barbell incline maybe 20 total times. Different strokes for different folks.

                              someone who knows some shit! I have a new respect for Lee. He also understand dynamic functional training as well. Nice to see
