    We have a double dose of leg training videos popping up today! 8 x Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Kevin English talk legs their style and 8x Mr Olympia Lee Haney gives his take. After watching these, damnit, you better go crush some legs!

    Both Lee and Kevin give great info and tips. Having been at the seminar, as in the video, Lee would stress the importance of staying injury free "stimulate not to annihilate", 8x olympia can't go wrong. Kevin, also gave great information as well. Having met Kevin on a few occasions, he does a great job addressing everyone questions, good guy and a great person to represent the sport. King of 202.

          not really any new stuff, juice makes it big, if you are natural the things get a bit more complex,
          If you want big legs try this

          if you have balls to do it, and dont forget to eat around 50-80g. of glutamin per day, for recovery
          go and win the game called SQUAT.

            50-80 grams of glutamine? Are you crazy? Dont you realize that its an amino acid? Protein molecules are nothing but a string of amino acids bonded together. Just eat protein rich foods and save your money

              Both of the vids were very good in their own right. Ronnie and kevin video should really just be Kevin teaching Legs as Ronnie hangs back in that one Kevin is very good even though not a "super duper" star like Ronnie...

              Lee Haney definitely stressed the importantance of good form and smart training so that you can continue to do this type of stuff well past our 20's and 40's which is good if you want to have a future and still train.

                do you guys notice theres alwaysss one person( wont call names here ) thats constantly trying to get into the camera etccc...its in every seminar..theres always one guy thats just trying to look for the camera...i dont know thats just me

                    Why is Ronnie just sitting off to the side? in both videos of him in this seminar so far thats all he does, the fans there want to hear him not english. he obviously cares very little about the fans and just showed up for the cheque, very very disgraceful when you compare him to haney.

                            what else is ron going to say? he is a simple guy who became the best by consistently working harder than every one else...

                            How many guys are training like him?

                            front squatting 585 for reps, hack squats maxed out with plates, and doing lunges in close to 100 degree weather...

                            Then, the guy trained legs again 3 days later doing an equally as hard/heavy workout

                            thats brutal...

                            if your going to take something from ronnie coleman, it is to stop worrying about stuff that doesn't matter and focus on the things that do...
