        As for my knee position, I won't do this for free weight squat but on some machines, this foot position gives more stress on quads like Tom Platz did on hack squat machine.
        However I don't recommend to everyone to do it because it is too risky for your knee.

                          For me, training is all about feeling. I was trying to make my quads burn as hard as possible by doing some slow mo reps.
