  • Matt how does this look for a endo just for body comp results before increasing to lean bulk?

    Meal 1. 2 whole eggs, 1.5 cup egg whites
    1 cup oats

    Post workout . 9 oz tilapia, 1 cup jasmine rice

    Meal 2. 8 oz chicken breast, 1 oz almonds

    Meal 3. 7 oz 99 lean ground turkey, 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil

    Meal 4. 8 oz chicken, 1 oz almonds

    Meal 5. 50 g whey shake, 1 oz almonds or cashews.

                  Lots of the current designer steroids on the market are REAL stuff....in fact, most cases more dangerous and toxic.

                  mechabol = methyl clostebol
                  Ultradrol = methyl stenbolone
                  Epistane = Epitiostanol

                  Those are all target hormones --- not precursors

                  For the products I have Tony....

                  AndroHard = DHT precursor
                  AndroLEAN = Target hormone (11-ketotestosterone)
                  AndroEnhance = (same as AndroLEAN, just topical)

                      Hi Mod... hey I take that as a compliment... but seriously I have stated what I'm on ... and I've stated who is guiding me.... with that combo and my diet being to a t of what Matt tells me too ... those are the results. You have to remember I came off my show and stayed lean the whole time. Matt added in slight calorie increases along with the "stack" that I stated.... my body responds well it seems and I'm 100% committed too doing EXACTLY what Matt tells me... 24/7.

                        • matt in your opinion how does someone take that next step. how do you go from what most would call a big guy like 5'9 210 10-12 percent body fat average genetics not pure ecto or pure endo, to someone who looks like a bodybuilder, 5'9'' 230 leaner and bigger. (im not talking contest condition or trying to go pro just making that change from a lil above avergae to big boy status) obviously gear comes into play but how to you do this with minimal dosage and without getting on slin or 10 ius gh. is it possible ? do you just have to eat and put body fat on the back burner for a bit and get as big as possible? do you diet and get lean then start from a lower body fat and add cals? i understand this dosent happen over night but when someone comes to this point how do you direct them?

                              my goal is to reach 8-10 percent bodyfat (right now i am 14-15) than up the dose from 400 t a week to what i can afford and maybe compete if everything works out well and i get big enough to compete around 215 pounds. i weigh 112 kg arms 49,5 calfes 47 quads 72 cm @ 5.7 . by the way prohormones are not legal in my country.

                                Just a diet issue then -- you can get to 8-10% with no T, 200 mg T, 400 mg T etc..... You can get their no worries than blast a bit from that leaner set point.
