Matt how does this look for a endo just for body comp results before increasing to lean bulk?

Meal 3. 7 oz 99 lean ground turkey, 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Meal 4. 8 oz chicken, 1 oz almonds
Meal 5. 50 g whey shake, 1 oz almonds or cashews.
