    I don't think so its to soon into the diet. I'm still like 11-12% body fat to say its exhaustion from dieting so long and being lean. I just feel like I'm not the body type that can handle carbs all day. When I did carbs just pre and pwo with high fat and protein I did alot better energy wise and strength stayed decent. I just didn't loose the fat as fast
