    One question, once the mini diet is over, will you add back in all the fats you took out? or would you slowly re-introduce them into the diet?

    how aggressive of a calorie drop and cardio do you recommend as a rough guideline? I was literally just thinking about this the other day. I've been eating a lot of shitty foods lately but still growing and staying fairly lean, so for me it might just be a matter of cleaning up the food sources (figuring ill be in enough deficit just from the residual drop in dietary fat). I also think my body needs a little shock.

    I advise in certain scenarios --- 'MINI DIETS' -- 4 weeks is all it took us to heighten the appetite and increase
