I think people are right to a degree that bikini girls dont really need a trainer but at first, it's good to have one. Why? because otherwise girls go the COMPLETELY wrong route and do too much cardio, eat too little carbs or none at all...and end up just looking like an overdieted mess. Most girls don't really know how to actually get lean while keeping muscle tone and will have a hard time getting past 14%...the most competitive girls in big shows actually have visible abs and are below 10% bf. I know when I 'thought' i knew how to diet down, I was eating like 1200 calories and didn't think there was anything better than an hour run for cardio. I hired a coach that was pretty good and she had me doing much less cardio, much more intensity in lifting and eating alot more.
Now, I'm prepping myself for figure but if I was to hire anyone, it'd be Noel, because he knows how to get girls shredded without having that 'overdieted' washed out look.Follow me on IG @torilifts

Not taking anything away from your prep services I assume you know what needs to be done, but the learning curve for a bikini girl isn't that large and a lot would benefit from doing it themselves

I'd also rather not be tied into paying $100-500 a month when I can figure it out myself.

I'd rather know how to do it, rather than following instructions.. I know it's a trend in everything though, all of our grandmas can whip up a cake or pie or whatever without even a thought going into it, however most today either buy premade lol or follow a complete step by step guide... Both get you to the same place I guess...

I'm not sure why you are taking what I am saying as an insult to you as it definitely wasn't meant to be, I apologize if that's the way it came off my friend.

Come on now, you can take a young cute girl with a nice body who never trained in her life and she still can do good in Bikini at local or regional level, you could do that never with Figure, Physique or Bodybuilding, so that statement is wrong, they need the least help. Anyway you are doing a great job in preparing people, I give you that but keep it real !Originally posted by Noel Fuller View PostI'm not taking it as an insult at all, I think that bikini would need prep more than anybody, usually just getting into the sport and there's so much bad info out on the net a newbie might get very confused.
