Arnold Classic Ohio prep, training video 3.5 weeks out

Hi everyone,

I'm originally from Europe, but have been living in Los Angeles for the past year and a half (and probably will for the rest of my life :P )

I've competed at the Arnold Classic and took 2nd place last year, this year I'm going there with my eyes set on the title.

Here's a little video of delts training that I smashed with my coach at my home gym: Gold's Gym, Venice.
