    I know he wasn't, just the only example I could think of.
    Doing reps of 495 on flat bench 4 weeks out from a show,,, UHHHG YEAH,,, not natural.

      a few friends of mine got those bumps on their abdomen when they got really lean....all nattys

            I have a 1/4" lump/bump on the outside of both 4arms. I have to flex for them to show. They are in the exact same spot.
            My dad has them too, he told me when I was younger they were veins.
            The leaner I get the bigger they look.
            I have seen the same looking type bump in mine & friends ab area from gh/insulin shots.

                If you really read my post you can see that I was saying that the vein lumps in my arms look just like gh /insulin bumps.

                    122 Days til Team Universe

                    Finally started with the cardio sessions. My cardio is very limited. I try not to do too much in order to spare my muscle.

                    Stairmill for 20minutes level 2.
                    Weighted Ab crunchs
                    Seated calf Raises

                    This was all in the AM

                    Training sessions consisted of legs

                    Leg extensions - 6 sets no reps less than 15. Rep range stayed between 25 to 15, heaviest weight was 250, lightest was 190

                    Hack Squats - 8 sets reps no less than 15 reps also highest was 25. heaviest weight 4 plates each side for 15 reps lightest weight one plate.

                    Leg Press - 6 sets same with the reps and sets. heaviest weight was 10 plates each side lightest was 5 plates each side

                    Lying leg curls - 3 sets, just to loosen them up - 120lbs 25 reps, 130lbs, 25reps, 140lbs 15reps

                    Contest prepe is in full swing.

                    My meals right now are at 10 meals perday consisting of 30g of protein per meal, carbs are right around 400g and fat is at 50 to 75

                      Whats in store for today's training

                      Just finished a cardio session early this morning.

                      Gonna blast the back today along with Traps ad tris. What exercise will I be doing?

                      Only two exercise I know for sure on the list are TBAR rows and deadlifts. I will post it latter tonight!!!!!

                      On my 3rd meal for the day and it's only 7:20am here in so california.

                          I tried something different this offseason. I actually started lifting extremly heavy with low reps. Well lets say this it didnt work out to well, had a slight tear in my pec. So I went back to my old way of training. Remember always train what works for you. Dont try to emmulate anyone else. We are all different. Find what works for you!!! Thats the best advice I can give you!!!!

                          As I get closer to show time I increase my reps even more and the rest time gets a little shorter. But thats about it.

                            Back and Tris

                            Well just returned from training!!! Good training session today.

                            Started with deadlifts

                            3 sets of 225 for 15 reps
                            2 sets of 315 for 15 reps
                            2 sets of 405 for 10 reps
                            1 set of 225 for 25 reps right after the last set

                            TBar Rows

                            2 sets 2 plates for 20 reps
                            2 sets 3 plates for 15 reps
                            2 sets 4 plates for 15 reps
                            1 set 2 plates for 25 reps right after the last set

                            Hammer Low row

                            3 sets 2 plates each side 20reps
                            3 sets 3 plates each side 15reps
                            2 sets 4 plates each side 10reps
                            1 set 2 plates each side 25 reps right after the last set

                            Hyperextensions with a 25lb weight

                            3 sets 20 reps


                            Tris

                            Rope pressdowns

                            7 sets 20 reps each set working up in weight
                            Hammer dips working up in weight try to keep the reps around 20, 5 sets
                            Kickbacks - 35lbs 20reps for 4 sets.

                            Pretty good day!!!!Still sore from the leg workout. hella sore matter of fact!!!
