    Kiyoshi,

quick question, if you can gain muscle while losing bodyfat so quickly and effectivelly, why don't you try to gain muscle in the offseason also? It seems to me that if you can gain a ton of muscle while losing a ton of fat during the rigors of contest prep, that you could gain even more muscle in the offseason, and then continue to gain during contest prep...why not?

So is your diet drastically different in the offseason? (Do you cheat a lot?)

Thanks, My diet is completely off in the offseason. But I recently tried changing up a bit I tried to add on some muscle on by staying precontest diet for a couple of months to see how my body would reacts to the diet in the offseason. Precontest I usually come in weighing 195. This offseason I started my prep at 205 which is awsome for me, since i diet up instead of the norm of dieting down in weight. I should end up around 210 to 215 onstage. So I have actually been eating alot better in the offseason making sure my body gets the nutrients it needs.

I will tell you now. It's very expensive to stay precontest all year around. I tried a little of that in the offseason and gained some good quality muscle. So I know it works just expensive bro!!!!

Seriously, who cares, but also I have those same bumps on my left tricep when I get real lean, it looks odd and simply a muscle bump I dont know how else to explain and I dont know what caused it.

Post count is irrelevant to credibility. He raised a valid question. Those bumps are basically fat deposits that show up when you get very lean. It happens and not necessarily due to GH/Slin administration.

I have my doubts as to whether or not this guy is 100% natural, you can pass lie detector tests with practice so that means nothing. I'm not saying he is or isn't, but I've seen enough athletes to know who's on the juice and who isn't. I'm on the fence with this guy though.

Thank you for clearing that up. Actually I have passed not just lie detector's which I know anyone can pass if you a compulsive liar etc.. but I have also passed voice stress analyzer tests, blood tests, urine tests. I don't think there is much testing one man can do. But like I say to anyone "if you pay for my test, you set the date you dont have to give me a notice of 24 hours you can let me know that day as long as it's within driving distance and I will test"

Hulk I wholeheartedly agree with you. I am natural thats my choice, I actually mostly compete in NPC tested and non tested shows, and I never let it concern me as to who is on and who isnt.

Ive seen some freaks over my time so I think Kiyoshis build is possible. A buddy of mine I played soccer with in college actually got me into lifting. Dude was 185, seriously 5% bodyfat, abs just there with no flexing, those right angle very swooping pecs, great quad sweep, he just had it, and he ate 2-3 x per day was a habitual pot smoker and his favorite meal in our dining hall was burger and fries with a coke.....you put him on a REAL diet and he could easily compete in the 200s naturally. Now does he still look like that, dont know, havent seen him in over 9 yrs, but at age 22 he hadnt lost it and Id bet he still has most of that doing nothing.

I find that a lot of the really gifted never really get into bb'ing becuase they are used to looking good with minimal to no effort, so Ive seen some great would be bb physiques never get close to the stage. Kiyoshi just found the sport.

What I think is really funny are the guys on here who go into the pit and post pics of Kyoshi and Tim and just blast away, it wreaks of jealously and insecurity. Again who cares...........

That bump on my arm doesnt feel like fat, but my buddy who does take stuff always kids me when Im lean that, thats my injection spot and Im lying to everyone. Its a joke, he knows my small ass is on nothing, but still...

I just dont know why people care so much about his natural status......

If you continually trumpet your natural status while being an exceptional athlete you will get criticized. Mike Ashley is my fav natural of all time. Louis Freitas trumpeted his own natural status until he failed tests and was busted by the DEA.

Drugs or not it takes alot of hard work.
