As far as adding in some junk food!!!! NoNoNoNoNoNoNo. I want this show very bad. ya know when you can just taste it and its right there!!! Iam gona try to come in harder bigger and drier than last year. So far I'm on pace. But all I do is increase a meal or add in more steak!!kiyoshimoody.com

To be stritcly honest my legs come in really fast when I train them really hard with high reps. Right now I train my legs every other week. So they will come in about next month. Right now just working on that sweep!!!!kiyoshimoody.com

Right now for most people high reps are 15 and 20 reps for me its up there in he 50 's to 100's per set. With 3 to 4 sets per exercises but yes my muscles get harder with higher reps. So right now my reps stay between 10 to 20 reps per set with 3 to 4 sets per exercise. Example hack squat - 3 plates on each side 20 reps, 4 plates between 15 to 20, 5 plates 10 to 20. never less than 10 reps.
