It seems this keto thing is the new DC. I was on BB.com last night reading up on it(MD is blocked on my work comp) but I wasnt sure how I felt on it since the people talking about it were all 150 lbs and didnt even look like they trained. And they all talked about eating lots of hotwings and shit throughout the week since they are keto safe.
That said do you guys only use 1g protein per pound? To me it doesnt seem enough. Im also curious to see what your macros looked like. I keep reading 55%F 35%P 10%C but that just seems wrong.(It might not be)
