Hey guys I just wanted to hear some experienced information on the subject as it seems like ive been getting different opinions from everyone on creatine before a show.
The question is how far out from your show do you cut creatine? I'm pretty sure this is due to water retention but I've also heard that its only c. mono that makes you retain water. is this true?
If so, does this mean since i take superpump and cellmass that i can continue them up to the show because they contain ester and not mono? any knowledge would be mucho appreciated!
