Good balance, structure. Overall development. Nice physique. Stay with the plan, maybe up your cardio slightly. Only real critique is the posing, you look a bit off in a few of the poses. Hit your lat spreads more straight on, you have the structure to pull them off. On the side ab, turn more, pull that arm in and crunch it down. Its all fine tuning and presention now, dial it in and BELIEVE.

Im competing in the Muscle Mayhem Championships here in Kansas City on May 24th. Dennis James is guest posing! Im stoked. I sent him an email and told him that if he let me train with him while he is in town I would buy him a protien shake!

Front Lat Spread- Stand taller and not off to one side. Don't lean back, judges are below you.
Rear Lat Spread- Squeeze hammies in front leg as well.
Side Triceps- Squeeze leg closest to judges against back leg to accentuate hamstrings more.
Post more pics and we'll go from there. Conditioning looks good for 6 weeks out. Add some color and BAM!!!, you'll be tough to beat with solid posing.
NYC BIG MIKELooking for the "gang of 20".

Your conditioning looks good! On rear lat spread, you can show more tricep size by tensing them and pushing forward slightly at the shoulder... kinda hard to explain. You look great though. How tall are you? I ask, because your structure looks kinda similar to mine and I thought maybe I'd have something to shoot for! I'm serious about that too. Our muscle insertions seem pretty similar.
