  • What can u do to raise your body temp while asleep?

Tipsa said your body temp need to be at least 98 upon waking to be burning fat while you sleep how can you get this to come up. I cked mine this morning and it was 95.6. What can be done to raise it up so it is constantly burning at night.

How much would this aid you even? It kind of stressful on the body isnt it? Which would result in losing muscle?

A non-stimulant thermogenic fat burning aid like Dave's Lipolyze and Somalyze does the trick for me.

I felt pretty cold this morn when i woke up anyway. I have some thermogenic's but i was wondering if t3 would make a diff. and I didnt not know if i turned the fan off me. LOL if it would cause my resting metabolic rate to go up. Thnks for the input so far i would appreciate even more.

T3 will without question expedite your metabolism. Put some Clenbuterol in the mix and your body temperature will rise for sure.

do not use t3 without aas. You will lose muscle for sure. I don't know if you are natural or not. I think that night time "burning extra calories" is exagerated. I am sure Somalyze works but you WILL get in shape if your diet is on point. These things are just to aid the process.

I would think that you have this confused.

The lower body temp is meant to be an indication of a lower metabolism, or something called Wilson's syndrome, which the thyroid association of america says is BOLLUX.

There is no evidence so far that the lower temp in the morning means your metabolism is slow.

It is a part of our normal physiology for the body temperature to drop overnight.

There are also periodic variations in body temperature. The diurnal fluctuation is the best known. This cycle is absent in neonates, but develops during the first weeks of life.913 Children have higher daytime temperatures than adults and a daily range of 1.7°C,890 with the daily range peaking near the age of 1 year.894 Precisely standardized tests on young adults found that rectal core temperature fluctuated between 36.83-38.32°C in males (range 1.49°C) and 37.16-38.36°C (range 1.20°C) in females,908 with temperatures normally reaching their lows near 6 AM local time and their highs near 6 PM.915 (The timing is keyed to environmental influences such as light/dark cycles, not personal activity.) The menstrual cycle also involves a complex long period fluctuation. During this monthly cycle, morning core temperature falls from 37.0°C to 36.7°C just before and during menstruation, after which there is an abrupt dip to ~36°C at mid-period near ovulation, followed by a return to normal levels for the remaining ~2 weeks. Menstrual-related skin temperature pattern variations are also observed.3329

If you want to burn calories without moving, then being COLD would force the body to burn more calories to maintain the body temperature(thermogenesis).

Great advice. I like using Special Tactics (Venom Stim Free) and T-X by ALR. They both have uncouplers in them.
