im am preparing for a show in july in san Jose and I have been dieting really well the last 2 months. Now I normally have my first meal at 6:30 after an hour of cardio at 5am and then have every other meal 2 1/2 hours therafter. On my off days from training I sleep in and wake up at around 8 or so. Should I Sart by first meal at that time and go from there or should I start with my 9 oclock meal. Or should I just wake up a 5 everysingle day till the end of my training.
