so i know to avoid the scale but i hopped on it yesterday just to see where it was and holy fuckin shit im still 244 245. thats the same fuckin weight i was a month ago. so im freakin out. well my gfriend works at a weightloss clinic with a thousand dollar bio impedance medical grade scale measures the bodyfat weight, fat free mass, water weight, total body water, total fat mass, all that shit. Now i dont believe in these scales either as i know that food, water etc can mess with the readings. i just try to use it as a baseline to see where the numbers fall from time to time, and i usually do it the same time of day, on the same foods etc. so i got on...... thank god, even though i have not dropped a pound, bodyfat percentage went down five percent, lost 12 pounds of fat, and added seven pounds of muscle. bodywater was the rest of the difference in weight. this was in three weeks. try and get some pics up soon.

still dont think i'll be a superheavy, whats his last name, pretty sure i met him at the lake of the ozarks, talll as hell, no legs?? but huge none the less. his friends said he had really damaged something in his legs, and has trouble tieing his own shoes, but im sure thats healed up by now, unless it was nerve related. yah i'd say he'd kill me on stage. know where i can find pics of last years show?

and im not on a whole lot of gear at all, my diet is just 100 percent on point right now. never miss a meal, or a time to eat my meal. my nutrition has never been this solid which i know has been my downfall. im looking forward to the offseason with solid nutrition as well. lets face it bodybuilding is pretty much about eating.

yah i've met him before, he is giganticly tall, hence the lack of legs. upper body was huge though, just dont see how he could fare well in bodybuilding shows with his legs. o well , im not even at his level yet, so i cant talk shit on him. he's a better bodybuilder than me.
