i'm currently 6 weeks out from my comp, i'm taking about 1.5gm/kg of protein ,moderate fats and moderate carbs
how much is the requirement of protein so that my muscle mass will be maintained? my gym guy said that i need about 2gm/kg...i dunno whether its the truth or he's trying to sell me more protein powder...
