i looked everywhere and all i can find are the example diets for a 200lb and 250lb male. i wanna use his diet but im just under 180 rite now and want to find the correct macros to form a meal plan

To the best of my knowledge it goes like this for a 200lb male.
Meal1: 4whole omega3 eggs and 5 egg whites
Meal2: 50g whey w/1.5 tbs natural peanut butter
Meal3: 8oz chick brst w/ 1/3 cup cashews
Meal4: 50g whey w/1.5 tbs natural peanut butter
Meal5: 8oz steak and salad w/ mac nut oil and vinegar
Meal6: 50g whey w/1.5 tbs natural peanut butter
Supplements:
1000 mg of omega3 fish oil (3xday)
1300 mg evening primrose (2xday)
He also is a fan of taking Juice Plus+ supplement

dave is awesome so far, on his keto im maintaining strength and weight though my head is telling me im smaller, though im natty maybe that has something to do with it. who knows

i went with steve kuclo who was mentored by dante and troponin himself for years so i guess he could be considered part of the troponin regime too, so id also say at troponinnutrition.com youll get quality and about the same price as most others
