      I've done this before, people say to eat a balance bar, or some type of power/protein bar.

      The sauna will sweat that out, also chew chewing gum and spit out all the siliva it brings up.

      save your hair, pubes, cut toe nails, sleep in layers.

      It should come off, don't worry about it.

      After the weigh in have an isotonic drink and other shit by you ready to eat, don't eat too much small meals every hour or so.

              I think i should restate my post Goashang, 6 pounds looks like about 1/4 your total bodyweight so for you that would be rough. For normal post pubescent men it isnt all that hard. Sorry man ...sorry

                              i did the same thing for my show and it was a mistake. i only needed to cut 1.5 pounds the night before and i freaked out so i didn't drink or eat at all.

                              i lost 8lbs that night and came in flat as hell even after carbing up. couldn't get a pump and lost all vascularity.

                              listen to the other experienced members here and just do whatever class you end up in. if you're ripped and look good, what you weigh shouldn't matter.
